IBM推出智慧酒店解决方案

全新的计算时代已经来临。回顾计算的发展，其发展里程可以划分为三个阶段。第一，用机器提升所谓的计算。在20世纪初制表机的出现，这是在算盘之后真正使用机械辅助人类运行运算，它出现的驱动力是当时在西方国家用于进行人口统计的时候大量的简单计算，世界进入到制表计算时代，机器开始帮助人做最简单的重复性的操作，极大地解放了人的体力。

在旅游酒店业上，目前客户入住多有经历线上预约，酒店登记，进入房间，结束退房四大场景。在客户体验上存在效率低，同质化严重，供求不平衡的特点，为此，IBM针对市场需求，结合人工智能，推出智能化酒店解决方案。
在本解决方案中，用户仅需使用微信就能搞定酒店住户的所有问题。如预约酒店或酒店退房，用户只需通过微信操作，经过AI的身份验证和人脸识别，就能轻松入住或退房，免去用户预订酒店和排队入住登记的繁琐流程。
同时，住户只需通过与房间内置AI的语音交流即可满足生活所需，如家电控制、点餐、订票、叫车和Morning Call等服务，都只需要张张嘴就能搞定。无形中，住户就拥有了一个贴心的酒店私人管家。
此外，在安保防护方面，也可以通过AI技术将酒店和住户的安全系数提高数倍。其中包括房客险情通知、客户异常情况报备、酒店险情预警功能和访客人脸识别等功能。一旦遇到异常情况，AI会马上进行判断后通知酒店或住户，以便人们可以第一时间采取正确措施，让酒店安全不再是住户顾忌的隐患。
在用户健康方面，特制的“健康魔镜”可以通过酒店中准备的各种智能健康设备，汇总用户健康数据，方便客人实时查看了解自身健康状况。而酒店方则可以通过这方面数据，进行数据监测，判断客人的健康状况，如数据出现身体状况异常时，AI就会及时通知酒店方面进行处理。
关于用户特征数据收集方面，针对生活场景，IBM联合百芝龙智慧科技，研发了世界上拥有最先进认知功能的人工智能，通过布置在酒店房间的各种传感设备，可获取酒店客人的身份、状态、需求、行为等特征数据。酒店即可利用这些特征数据为住户提供更好的服务。例如：预订的用户是回头客，AI就会告知酒店，应该如何搭配住户最喜欢的早餐、房间里会准备最符合住户兴趣的书籍、调整用户最喜欢的房间温度和电视台等等。

Furthermore, guests can refer to the AI voice device in guestrooms for everything they need, such as controlling home appliances, ordering food, booking tickets, hailing cars and morning call service.In terms of security, AI will make a quick judgment and inform guests of the situation in case of emergency, so that people can take the right measures in the first place.
