追赶虫草季 与繁花相遇

“药洲”寻“仙草”
五月，是米林的虫草季，冬虫夏草素来是滋补佳品，被誉为“神仙草”，更有“软黄金”的美称。但对农牧民来说，他们只有半个月到一个月的时间来挖掘虫草。因为冬虫夏草生活在海拔3000-5000米的雪山草甸，他们必须带上帐篷和干粮马不停蹄地开始。每年这个时期都是在米林采购冬虫夏草的最佳时期，一定不要错过了。除了虫草，米林作为“药洲”遍地都是草药，贝母、天麻、红景天、三七、当归、茯苓、黄精、雪莲花等3000多种药材都能在这里找到。
高山遇杜鹃
五月的米林也正是花的海洋，桃花的帷幕落下，杜鹃和油菜花争相绽放。路过村庄可以看到大片大片的油菜花田，如黄金般铺满大地。杜鹃则长于海拔1700米至4200米处，米林的地形与此完美契合。每年春夏之交，各种杜鹃按海拔层次次第开放，在雪卡沟、萨贡沟、雅鲁藏布大峡谷、那拉措等地都能看到它。离县城不远的雪卡沟是赏花的最佳地点，却人迹罕至，是真正的世外桃源。而徒步那拉错，一路与高山杜鹃相遇，美不胜收。
品菌中珍味
在米林，菌中之王林芝松茸、羊肚菌、手掌参、猴头、老人菇、扫帚菌、鸡枞菌、鹅蛋菌、牛肝菌等名贵菌菇多不胜数，均是非常难得的菌中珍味。
每年五月开始，到米林旅游，不仅是饱览山河秀色，更是品味山珍美味的“舌尖”之旅，“藏药之乡·奇美无双”，这就是“药洲”米林的魅力。
舞动罗乔节
每年5月至6月中旬，米林各村庄会过罗乔节，拜山神、转田头，以期这一年能获得丰收，类似于拉萨等地的“望果节”。
除了庄严肃穆的烧香转田仪式，更让人惊喜的是“嘎巴”舞表演。“嘎巴”为一种流行于米林境内在节庆和祈祷仪式上表演的民俗舞蹈。米林县共有六七种嘎巴，均以乡村、寺庙名为嘎巴名称，有亚艽嘎巴、里龙嘎巴、羌纳嘎巴等，嘎巴舞在节庆期间不分男女老幼，人人盛装打扮，争相参与。
Fruitful Milin in May

The Sea of Flowers: Azalea, Cole Flower Everywhere
Nyingchi in May is the sea of flowers. With the peach blossoms rang down the curtain, the cole flowers and the azalea become the major eye-catching scenery of the fields.
Blusters of cole flowers brightens the field, and the azalea blossom on the mountains between the altitude of 1700 meters to 4200 meters. For the hikers who want to seek breath-taking views on their ways, Nyingchi is a must-go place.
A Taste of the Precious Mushrooms
In Milin, Nyingchi, a lot of precious mushrooms can be commonly seen, such as the tricholoma matsutake, yellow morel, etc. In May every year, many people come to Milin to have a full taste of the mushroom delicacies and an extraordinary experience of the charisma of the Oasis of Medicine.
Every year between May and the Mid June, each village in Milin will celebrate the Luoqiao Festival together, honoring the Gods of the Mountain to extend their wish for harvest for the coming year. Ga Ba Dance is one of the major celebrations for the festival where people will dress up themselves and enjoy themselves to the fullest when dancing.
