新时代的消费者给酒店业带来的改变不仅是理念的冲击,更是给新时代的酒店注入了概念差异化,多业态并存,盈利模式转变,多样的经营方式等特点。面对数字经济和智能化的冲击,酒店则要化为己用,让大数据与智能化成为酒店无往不利的“武器”之一。要追求客户体验度的提升、盈利能力的提高和酒店健康稳定的发展,在考虑“互联网+酒店”方面,酒店要向智慧化转型,打造智慧酒店;在对客服务方面要向个性化转型;在市场形态和经营方式方面要改变同质化要向差异化、特色化和定制化转型。当然,革新之余不能忘记匠心之本,唯有做好质量把关,打造优质服务,才能创造极致的体验。

With the development of economy, hospitality is facing the challenge from consumption upgrade and change of Consumption patterns. Also, the development of digital economy and Internet affect largely for entity economy.

They are increasingly complex, empowered, and no longer want to be siloed into demographic groups of age, nationality and income. e future travel experience will be more personalized, connected and sustainable.
Hospitality in the new era has the characteristics of the concept of differentiation, multiformat coexistence, profit model changes, a variety of modes of operation and so on. Hotels can use big data and digital to improve customer experience, profitability and hotel health and stability of the development. With the "Internet + hotel", hotels can try the transformation to Smart Hotel to create individualized service for customers; in the form of market and mode of operation to change the homogenization to the differentiation, characteristics and customization of the transition.
