这是一个共享的新时代。
自去年开始,从共享资源,到共享网络,再到共享知识,从金融业,到教育业,再到旅游业,共享经济”忽如一夜春风来,千树万树梨花开”,以方兴未艾之势,逐渐取代过时、落伍的一些陈年商业模式。
笔者留意到,共享单车项目继续如火如荼地发展,各大城市成为“单车围城”。共享汽车平台,目前在市场上也有不少,比如一度用车、立刻出行、EVcard、Gofun等。甚至,一些新的共享产品,像共享雨伞、共享充电宝、共享美食、共享服装等,也如雨后春笋般出现。而在住宿业,国内住宿分享平台小猪短租于上个月公布了2017年业务数据情况:平台目前房源增长幅度达350%,同时平台整体的订单增长幅度也超过320%。与去年相比,成交总额的增幅超过350%。
慎而思之,勤而行之。需要注意的是,我们共享的不只是一份简单的产品,而是一种社会运转的思维。不论是B2C还是C2C模式,这种共享思维已经掀起一场商业革命。在后互联网时代下,共享经济或许只是转型升级大潮中的一朵浪花,传统行业的奶酪被撼动,纷纷出来抵抗。但,革新创变,重构生态才是重生之路;放宽视野,突破传统,同时,深深植根于品质、服务,以及消费需求的土壤中,才是制胜之道。

共享经济的魅力在于,未知大于已知,并且充满了无限不确定性和可能性。随着大旅游及住宿业朝着全域、共享、慢生活、深体验方向发展,倡议众业界先进携手,以共享思维武装自己,一起探索完善共享商业模式,使资源得到最优配置,共同擘画美好的未来。
THE THOUGHT OF SHARING
This is a new era of sharing.
Since the beginning of last year, sharing economy, as if a spring breeze had blown, has been flourishing, from sharing resources, to sharing the network, and then to sharing knowledge, covering financial, education and tourism industry etc. Obsolete and backward traditional business models are gradually being replaced.
Notably, bicycle sharing continues to flourish, so as car-sharing platforms, such as EVcard,Gofun and so on in Guangzhou. And even some new sharing products, like umbrella-sharing, power-bank sharing, food-sharing, clothing-sharing etc., have also sprung up like mushrooms. In tourism and accommodation industry, China’s Airbnb platform, Xiaozhu has announced its business data of 2017 last month, according to which, the current housing growth rate has reached 350%, while the growth rate of the overall order of the platform has exceeded more than 320%. Compared with last year, the total turnover has increased by more than 350%.
Think carefully and act diligently. It should be noted that what we share is not only a simple product, but a way of thinking. Whether it is B2C or C2C model, this shared thinking has set off a commercial revolution. The sharing economy may just a spray in the tide of economic upgrading and transformation, which seems to move the cheese of traditional industries. In this circumstance, the road to rebirth, however, is to be innovative and adaptable; the way to succeed is to broaden horizon meanwhile to deeply root in quality, service, and consumer demand.
Backed by Asia Pacific Hotel Association, China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and other related platforms, China Hotel Investors Supply-Side Industry Chain Alliance came into being, to boost the healthy development of the industry.
The charm of sharing economy lies in its infinite uncertainty and possibility, and the unknown more than the known. As tourism industry heads in the direction of all-for-one, sharing, slow life, and deep experience, we advocate: my dear elite colleagues, let us be armed with the thought of sharing and explore the sharing model hand in hand, making the allocation of resources the most optimal and our future brighter.
