从前，读郭沫若的《凤凰涅磐》，读得是云里雾里。读了无数遍之后，还是不能明白凤凰涅磐到底为哪般？那时，觉得这是一件很不可思议的事情，好好的涅槃什么呢？
当今，基于资源整合的新酒店时代已经到来，如何重塑传统产业链？我脑海里再现“凤凰涅磐”这四个字眼的时候，我想我已经能很好的明白凤凰为何要涅磐的真谛了。或许凤凰涅磐前也是有过彷徨，有过无奈的。但是，无论它是怎样的彷徨和犹豫，但是它最终还是涅磐了，还是获得了新生。也许我们今天看到它美丽的同时，谁也未曾想到过它曾经的无奈和决绝。但是，正是这涅磐的勇气带给了它重生后的辉煌，带给了它凤舞九天时的希翼增辉。
时下，随着消费的升级，滴滴、摩拜等共享模式的崛起，同时，全域旅游推进带来了无限生机与活力……
在“互联网+”及大众旅游时代的背景下，旅游饭店业及上下游产业链需要重构，传统产业链重塑需要以“凤凰涅磐”的精神，深化旅游地产及酒店投资商供给侧改革，建立“共建、共享、共赢、共生、共荣”的产业新生态圈。
鉴此，全联房地产商会酒店投资商会秉承“先见、践行、融汇、创变、担当”的精神，倡导并发起成立“全国地产及酒店投资商供给侧产业链联盟”，用“互联网+”的手段，以“共享经济”的思维方式，实现跨界融合，形成跨区域、跨产业，覆盖地产、旅游、酒店与餐饮业及上下游产业链的生态系统，是升级产业逆市新盈利的新思路，也是实现上下游产业链对接资源共享的必然趋势。
今天的涅槃，是为了明天的绽放！期待“全国地产及酒店投资商供给侧产业链联盟”能为重塑传统产业链带来新的启发。
Spirit of Nirvana Needed to Reshape Hotel Industry chain
I had my head in the clouds when I read Nirvana of Phoenix, a vernacular poem by Guo Moruo in January 1920. After reading countless times, I think it is very incredible and still cannot understand why the phoenix did so. Today, for hotel industry, its new era based on resource integration has arrived. While I am wondering how to reshape the traditional industry chain, nirvana of phoenix reappears in my mind, along with its true meaning. Perhaps confused and helpless as it was before Nirvana, the phoenix eventually was reborn overcoming hesitation. There is resolution and helplessness behind its beauty, it is, however the courage of Nirvana that brings it the brilliance of rebirth.
With the upgrade of consumption and the emergence of sharing economy model like Mobike, All-for-one tourism promoted by the Chinese government has brought infinite vigor and vitality. In this context, it is necessary that China’s tourism and hotel industry as well as upstream and downstream industry chain be reshaped with the spirit of “Nirvana of Phoenix” to deepen the supply-side revolution in tourism real estate and hotel investment area, for purpose of jointly building a new sharing industrial ecosystem featuring co-existence, co-prosperity and win-win situation.
In view of this, adhering to the spirit of "Foresight, Practice, Integration, Change and Responsibility," Hotel Investors Association of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce advocates and initiates the establishment of Supply-side Industry Chain Alliance of China Real Estate & Hotel Investors, to form a cross-regional and cross-industrial ecosystem covering real estate, tourism, hospitality, catering as well as upstream and downstream industry chain. It is not only a new idea to strengthen the business relations of the whole industry chain, but also an inevitable trend to achieve resource sharing and new profit.
As today's Nirvana is for the sake of a blooming tomorrow, let us look forward to the new inspiration brought by Supply-side Industry Chain Alliance of China Real Estate & Hotel Investors to remodel the traditional industry chain.
