果不其然,今年的国庆中秋长假,再次引爆旅游业,以超级黄金周之态创造了新的中国奇迹。中国旅游研究院发布的《2017国庆中秋长假旅游趋势报告与人气排行榜》中显示,国庆黄金周将形成全球最大规模的集中旅游潮。据测算,2017年国庆中秋长假国内旅游市场预计接待7.1亿人次,同比增长10%,一半中国人将以旅行的方式度过长假,旅游产业的蓬勃发展将再次刷新纪录。
浸润旅游产业十余年,笔者依然惊叹于旅游产业发展规模之大,速度之快,与旅游业共同成长的岁月,仿佛是搭上了一辆高速发展的列车,并在技术革新中不断发挥出新的潜能,刷新新的上限。现代旅游产业产生于 19 世纪,在 20 世纪得到了前所未有的发展。特别是第二次世界大战以后,旅游产业获得了相对和平与稳定的发展环境,迅速成为一个新兴产业。上世纪六十年代以来,全球旅游经济增速总体高于全球经济增速,旅游业逐渐发展成为全球最大的新兴产业,甚至已经超过石油和汽车工业,成为世界第一大产业。
而改革开放以来,中国旅游业的发展更是令世界震惊,短短30余年内经历了起步、成长、拓展和综合发展四个阶段,我国实现了从旅游短缺型国家到旅游大国的历史性跨越。旅游业的快速发展,给从业人员提出了更高,更快,更好的要求。忆及十年前,中国酒店业还在一味的追求标准化,高星级,硬件设施,唯豪华独尊,而经过二十年的繁荣与喧嚣,大众旅游开始与国民休闲相互渗透,融合发展。从需求侧的旅游行为和消费特征来看,去符号化的特征越来越趋于显化,随着经济发展和生活水平的提高,人们对精神文化的需求进一步上升,个性化、自由化成为新的趋势,使传统观光旅游、度假旅游已不能满足旅游者的需求,各种内容丰富、新颖独特的旅游方式和旅游项目应运而生。
在这个繁荣与变革并存的伟大时代,我们不仅需要读懂繁荣的趋势,更是要关注变革的到来。丰富多彩的市场和变革创新的商业实践呼唤与时代同行,进而引领时代的大众旅游和国民休闲思想体系。旅游+的时代来临了,全域旅游的时代来临了,酒店业融合民居客栈、精品酒店、投资住宅转变为旅游住宿业,不断有新的业态在产生,也不断有老的业态面临转型的挑战。国家更是不间断推出了关于建设文旅小镇,民宿等的相关规定及建议,鼓励住宿业发展更多能承载当代旅游需求和都市商业文明的成功实践。
笔者愿化用电影摆渡人中的经典台词来形容当下的旅游业,未来烟波流转,可有人寻我。对岸繁华三千,可有人渡我。你在现在,其实你已身处未来。不畏浮云遮望眼,风物长宜放眼量。时代洪流滚滚而来,旅游业的现在,便是未来,身处高速发展的旅游业巨轮之上,若停驻不前,便会被时代的潮流所淘汰,见微知著,睹始知终,脚踏实地,放眼未来。
It’s not surprising that the National Day holiday has lit the tourism again, creating a new Chinese miracle as a super golden week. Released by China Tourism Academy, 2017 National Day Holiday Trend and Popularity Ranking Report showed that this holiday could be the largest mass tourism tide in the world. It’s estimated that the domestic tourism market received over 710 million people, with a year-on-year growth of 10%. A half of Chinese population spent the holiday by travelling, and the prosperity of tourism has again hit the record.
Soaking in tourism and hospitality industry for over ten years, I am still so impressed and surprised about the fast and rapid growth of tourism. Playing out its full potential, it is a high-speed railway. Originated from 19th century, modern tourism has developed unprecedentedly in 20th century and become a new startup after the world war two, with a peaceful and steady environment. The whole economic increasing speed of global tourism is higher than that of world economy, and it becomes the biggest industry in the world, surpassing petroleum industry and automobile industry.
In this era with prosperity and innovation, we need to read the trend of prosperity, and also have to pay attention to the arrival of innovation even revolution.
You are at present, but in reality you are in the future. The present situation of tourism is the future, and if you stop here, you will be washed out by the might torrent of era. Live here, live in the future.
