栖居塞纳河上，入眠浪漫巴黎

无论是否到过巴黎，一定都听说过塞纳河两岸的旖旎风光。作为巴黎的生命线，人们向往并贪恋着这片水上美景，或泛舟河上，体验河流的波澜壮阔，或闲步河畔，静赏河水的清澈澄明，或远眺河景，在城市快节奏的喧嚣中试图感受塞纳河带来的片刻宁静；但可曾想过，你现在能直接“住”在河上，每分每秒感受巴黎生命线的流动脉搏了。
诞生河上，首颗明珠
置于塞纳河河畔的著名酒店不胜枚举，但首家“生”于该河的浮漂酒店，当属OFF Paris Seine这颗璀璨明珠了。坐落于塞纳河的 Off Paris Seine 拥有绝佳的视野，可以近距离欣赏到塞纳河的码头风光。交通方面，坐落于奥斯德利兹火车站和里昂火车站之间的 Off Paris Seine，可以享受到多条地铁线，通达巴黎各主要城市。
坐拥美景，交通发达，这可能是很多酒店在巴黎河岸区位选址时均会考虑的重要条件，但要融入体验塞纳河文明，当然要将酒店“真切”地置身河上。与其他筑在岸边的酒店不同，OFF Paris Seine以一艘在鲁昂花费1100万英镑改造而成的大型双体船为载体，在建设完成后使用多部拖船拉到塞纳河上的指定的奥斯特里茨河岸，酒店与陆地的衔接，仅以一条10米长的跳板完成。
连接水陆，诗意栖居
该酒店由设计师 Gérard Ronzatti以法国情调结合“漂浮”为灵感，全酒店共有58个房间，其中包括 4 间豪华套房 。此外，还包括一间鸡尾酒吧，一个与塞纳河平面齐平的泳池，以及一个供住客感受阳光的露台。从建筑角度而言，这间酒店由两个联在一起的船体构成，长80米，宽18米，中间有一条室内步道，这使得酒店为喜爱塞纳河岸的客人举办的艺术和节庆活动更加引人注目。靠近这家水上酒店的一个港口也即将投入使用，它可以接待小型游船。这堪称为附加优势，能够为塞纳河带来更多活力，令OFF Paris Seine成为法国首都巴黎至美的角落之一。
极简设计，彰显情怀

In Pairs, life has always revolved around the water. From the pre-Roman-era Paris tribe to mid-century bikini bathers, the Seine has served as the lifeblood of the city for millennia. Dreaming of living on the Seine, now it can be a real-life experience.
The First Floating Hotel
Off Paris Seine, France’s first floating hotel, put down its gangplank on Seine. Here you can sip a cocktail in the lounge, dip your feet in the small turquoise pool, while you watch a parade of river boats ply the waters. Moored near the Gare d’Austerlitz, the hotel offers unprecedented views of the Seine for those who have always dreamed about living on a Paris houseboat. Located between the Left and Right banks, the viewpoints offered by the OFF are simply unique that the play of light and the reflections of water change throughout the day.
Connecting Seine and Parisian Life
This groundbreaking project was conceived by Gérard Ronzatti of Seine Design, which specializes in floating architecture. The 19 modules – and the catamaran’s hull, built in Le Havre – were floated down the river to their current spot. Clever, space-saving design features include the housekeeping “carts,” which resemble travel trunks rolling on mini bicycle wheels along a built-in track.
OFF offers 54 rooms, 4 suites, a bar with cocktails and platters of cheese and cold cuts, an interior path designed by Gérard Ronzatti, a plunge pool and a marina. Currently the largest barge parked on the river, Off Paris Seine has upper and lower decks with compact modern rooms with views of the Seine.
More Than a Hotel
The details design in the hotel shows unique ideas of designers. In order to present the maximum Senie views, the designers use a great amount of glass as the decorating. Light and shadow are their best tools. For example, the Sunset suite by Maurizio Galante, haute couture fashion designer, wraps guests in a brilliant all-orange space.
As well as being a hotel, Off is a bar, open to the public, with two glass-walled rooms which is deal for checking out the view over a sunset. The bar was packed with a sophisticated crowd sipping cocktails. There’s no restaurant, but the bar serves surprisingly good and generously-portioned tapas.
